Dear Frontier Internet

I hate you.  My neighbors who have you hate you.  I will be calling Comcast tomorrow.  That is all.

    1. I just want reliable high speed. I've been trying to answer these comments for about 2 hours now. It goes in and out.

  2. ALL of the customer service blows! Depends on how well the infrastructure is! Sheesh! Everything went to hell at the Bell System when I left. We at least had a 99.7 percent up time then! =) Good luck! See you this weekend?

    I've a friend in Chicago who changed from to Comcast to 'save money'.
    Every time we speak on the phone (either the land line or her cell through the router) she announces "COMCAST BLOWS!" LOUDLY.
    When I can hear her.
    It cuts out a lot.

    PS - We have DISH TV, and are generally happy with TV and Internet service.

    1. And I think from talking to the tech who actually comes out here the office people at the customer service line don't give them all the information.
