Grandbaby's day care has a bunch of kids out with fever and one has tested positive for the flu. Mommy has it. I've developed a fever blister and mild chills, although so far nothing else. Daddy is still standing...
And I understand that they vacinated for the wrong strain of flu this year. Figures. This year is the first I've ever bothered with a flu shot.
"They" also claim that we can go get another shot, to combat the current strain ... or something. I'm thinking this isn't funny, any which way.

I never bother to get flu shots for that very reason.
