THe wasp spray does not appear, from what I have seen, to be a painless death. It looks horrid. Not terribly fast either. I'd think flames and fire would be faster.
Oh, no. I am so sorry for you. There are lots of videos of yellow jacket nest destruction on YouTube - - some people pour molten aluminum into the holes and make castings.
I'm so sorry they got you. Surely they serve some purpose in God's insect plan, but as far as I can tell, they're just land mines with wings.
