Kermit Gosnell guilty of murder in the first degree on the first counts that I've heard.
Planned Parenthood seen scrambling to explain how fairy dust makes a human being human 1 minute after birth but not 1 minute before. And hiding their spiritual jars of baby feet.
It's good to know that the system can still work. Thanks for the update. :)
ReplyDeleteA little ray of hope.
DeleteI'm glad he was convicted. I'm also concerned that it took this long.... the man had a bottle of babies' feet on his desk for goodness sake.
ReplyDeleteOf course there is the auto-retrial especially if the death penalty is handed down. If it tool this long for 3 murder counts to come back guilty, I don't have hope that he will get the death penalty.
I don't support the death penalty, although I acknowledge a state's right to use it in cases where someone is a threat even behind bars. However, our political correctness constantly results in people who should never, ever see the light of day again being back out on the streets. Which causes me to be conflicted.
DeleteBut if he gets the death penalty I'm afraid I won't have any more ability to get wound up about it than I was when they executed for killing the 6 mo old while raping her.
I'm not going to go into some long diatribe as to why I think differently, but I will say that you are a kinder soul than I am.
DeleteAt least they found him guilty.
I just don't believe a human life belongs to either self or others, so I don't have the right to take it if there is another way.
DeleteAnd I really don't care if it's hot, crowed, they don't have cable, and they eat bologna sandwiches 3 meals a day. Or if they cry and apologize at sentencing. The key isn't getting thrown away often enough.
Instead of executing him.
ReplyDeletePut him in general population.
The other cons would take care of him.
Actually I was thinking that he knew what might be waiting for him when he goes to prison as a baby killer he might prefer execution.
DeleteGOOD!
