The problem...

...would be that if THIS is true...

...it leaves us with THIS...

P.S. - During The Chicago Jesus' Senate run in 2004, the AP also referred to him as "Kenyan born": http://web.archive.org/web/20040627142700/eastandard.net/headlines/news26060403.htm.  In case it gets scrubbed, infowars.com has a screen shot of the article.

h/t to Bluegrass Pundit for the Biden pic.

    1. It just always stuns me that people take what comes out of their mouths seriously...

  2. Re: "Obama not eligible for presidency"

Why not? The Constitution is essentially gone - except to cover up a few holes in the wall - and the Powers That Be wanted the new Celebrity Savior in the spotlight to divert attention from the men behind the curtain.

    1. This is sadly true and points to a larger problem. It's not just the current administration but entrenched politicians who allow or facilitate it. And we need a massive revamp of education that teaches history and the Constitution.

  3. Saw the local news last night where they were making fun of the Arizona Secretary of State who is demanding Hawaii verify the birth certificate, which is actually required by Arizona law now.

  5. If the current President is found to be 'ineligible' the current VP would also be declared the same, as he arrived on the coat-tails of the President.
I'm thinking all the appointees, signed legislation, changed regulations would be rescinded.
All this ultimately would have to be decided by the Supreme Court.
Which is why it will never happen, even if true.

    1. Ah... Leaving the Supreme Court aside, would that leave McCain as president? Or would we have to have a complete do-over?

  6. I'm thinking McCain...but with the ensuing legal/Constitutional kerfluffle, it would be a stagnant government, either checks-and-balances or gridlock (depending on your interpretation).
But, as I said before, it won't be allowed to happen.
