Just Wondering

I don't pay much attention to general media, but I'm noticing something that makes me curious - why is what Morgan Freeman says suddenly so prominent?  Seems I'm seeing pieces of interviews all over the place recently.  He's an actor - a really fine one - but I'm not sure why his political or social commentary is important.

  1. Simple, he's black and 'prominent'... You notice not many others are coming out FOR obummer...

    1. This is true - I notice that Oprah isn't exactly banging the drum for him this time.

    1. True, but that mostly goes without saying in Hollywood.

  3. I hate it when actors start shooting their fool mouths off. I can never look at them on the screen in the same way again.
It seems that Oprah, Valerie Jarrett and Michelle had a falling out. Oprah's been getting the cold shoulder from the white house from what I've read.

    1. Agreed. Once actors start becoming political pundits I tend to have a hard time seeing them as good actors. Every time I see them on the silver screen I'm simply reminded of the idiots they made themselves out to be in their political punditry.
