I'm Over It
It's sleeting and snowing and everything is shades of grey and white. Again.
Rush Limbaugh has died.
And for the first time in 50 years of driving I hit a deer.
I'm really over February.

I Still Laugh
... every time I hear the disgrontificator story.
Rest in peace, Rush.

You Think They Don't Track You?
I use Adblock Browser. Because I'm not the least bit interested in ads. I hate shopping. I don't care about brands. I rarely go into a brick and morter store unless it's a book store. When I need clothes I want to be in and out. I'm not interested in this brand or that brand. I'm interested it what fits, what it costs, and what gets me back out the door as fast as possible.
But my phone gets ads - the ads I've blocked on the internet. And I'm buried under ads for marijuana. I've never been any more interested in marijuana than I have been in Marlboro. You suck particulate matter laced with a drug into your lungs in both cases. Not interested in doing that.
But I've had cancer. And I've undergone chemo. And despite the fact that I never researched the use of marijuana during that time, I'm buried under ads for it.
Yes, yes indeed they are spying.

Since Google Photos Decided To Make It For Me
I title it "Life With Pup".

Anyone familier with the area knows that to get from WV to MD you have to cross two bridges. In between there's your basic straight up on one side, straight down on the other 2 lane road. There's been problems with rock slides there for years. Cumulating in this about 5:30 this am.
It's an "I told you so" incident. Clear cutting wide swaths of the slope above. Which creates more run-off. Which destabilizes the slope. Which led to people pointing out that there were now boulders that were simply being held in place by a small tree. Campaigning was done. Funds were allocated. But...
Fortunately the driver escaped with "just" broken ribs.

Joey was trapped and neutered in September and adopted shortly after. He spent the recent nor'easter like this rather than huddled in a trailer park.
Support a local rescue. Please.
