This is one Christian you don't get to kill.
Meriam Yahia Ibrahim Ishag, sentenced to death in Sudan for apostasy even though she had never been Muslim, made it to Italy with her family today after sheltering in the US embassy in Khartoum for a month. Bravo Italy for flying them out and welcoming them to Italy.
Question, though. Her husband is a US citizen - why didn't the US fly them out?

Because they are Christians?
ReplyDeleteYep. That would be it.
DeleteObama offend his muslim fan base to save a Christian? Never happen.
ReplyDeleteYou mean the anti-semitic, anti-Christian liberal pandering to his anti-Christian, anti-semitic base?
DeletePretty much, It used to be being an Civus Americanus meant something.
ReplyDeleteSomething like a carrier battle-group showing up offshore if one our people faces a death penalty for doing absolutely nothing (She married an American citizen, so that makes her one of us).
Nowadays under this administration we got silence and then only after it couldn't be ignored they sent nicely worded protests with nothing to back them up.
Sorta like our guy stuck in a Mexican prison.... Call me violent, but if a phone call didn't do it have you ever seen 'The Wind and the Lion'?
Deletebecause...Obama
ReplyDeleteYeah.
DeleteAll of the above.
ReplyDeleteA win... finally...
ReplyDeleteFinally. Christianity is being wiped out in the Middle East. Without a peep of objection from American liberals. Being Muslim is a free pass for brutality.
